Biography

Yang Yue obtained his PhD degree from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, She is the first Ph.D graduated in Pharmacy Administration in China. Her research interests are pharmacy administration law and policies. She is a representative of Shenyang Municipal People's Congress, a member of Shenyang Municipal People's Congress Legal Committee since March 2018.She was the Vice Dean of School of Business Administration, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, in charge of education and research from 2009 to 2014.Dr. Yang is a Member of the Expert Committee on the Pharmacy Administration Law from 2013 to present. She lead a program about vaccine injury compensation to support the Articles in the Vaccine Law making. She has participated in important policy-making and policy-evaluation of the government agencies, including NMPA(CFDA), as well as National Health Commission of P.R. China and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, etc.
