履历

2005年本科毕业于清华大学法学院,2010年获清华大学管理学博士学位。先后公派赴香港大学法律系、美国卡内基梅隆大学工程和公共政策系联合培养。2010-2018年任国家行政学院讲师、副教授。2019年任中共中央党校(国家行政学院)教授。

胡颖廉教授的研究方向为政府监管,主要从事药品监管、食品安全监管和市场监管的战略、体制、政策、法规研究。出版专著《食品安全治理的中国策》《中国药品安全治理现代化》等。在《中国软科学》《中国行政管理》《公共管理学报》等CSSCI刊物发表学术论文30余篇,多篇被《新华文摘》《红旗文摘》全文转载,在《人民日报》《光明日报》发表政策评论十余篇。两次荣获省部级优秀科研咨询成果奖(均排名第一),是《十三五国家食品药品安全规划》(专家建议稿)和《中华人民共和国疫苗管理法》(专家建议稿)的主要执笔人。其撰写的多篇咨询报告得到中央领导同志批示。

Dr. William YL. Hu is a professor at Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C (National Academy of Governance), where he conducts research on government regulation. He is a standing fellow of China Society of Drug Regulation, and youth fellow of Chinese Public Administration Society. Dr. Hu got his bachelor degree of law and PhD degree of public management both from Tsinghua University. During his study in Tsinghua, he did joint programme research in Hong Kong University and Carnegie Mellon University for one year. As an expert of food and drug safety policy in China, he has published more than 30 articles on prestigous Chinese journals like China Soft Scicence, Chinese Public Administration Journal and Journal of Public Management. He is also the author of Food Safety Governance in China (Ecoonmics Science Press, 2017) and Drug Safety Regulation in China (China Medical Science and Technology Press, 2017). In 2018, he chaired the consultation committee which was responsible for the Vaccine Control Act (draft version)
