Biography：

In 1993, he received a bachelor's degree in clinical medicine from Beijing medical university. In 1998, he served as a surgical resident in the third hospital of Peking University. In 2002, he received a master's degree in law from Peking University. Since 2002, he has been engaged in teaching and research of health law in Peking University for 16 years. He is an associate professor of health law, a member of the biomedical ethics committee of Peking University, a master of law of Peking University law school and a practicing lawyer of Beijing zhiren law firm. He is also a member of the national medical examination center and a member of the committee of the medical humanities and study committee of the 25th session of the Chinese medical association.

He delivered 19 academic theses in core journals, editor in chief of the China medical lawsuits and medical alert blue book" (the first volume), participated in  " the brain death- modern thanatology ", "health law", "the medical law and legal issues of mental health research", etc. The research projects he involved in are: the ministry of science and technology law studies, the ministry of health of health research, the food and drug administration the legal framework of poison drug related comparison research, Peking University department of joint teaching and research of the educational reform subject ethics and law. Won the excellent teacher of Peking University medical department many times.
