Biography ：

Zhu Tao obtained his PhD degree from Pittsburgh University, US and did his postdoc work in Carneigie Mellon University. His research interests include vaccine research and development, analytical and manufacturing technologies for polysaccharide and conjugate vaccines, adenovirus vector vaccines and combo vaccines including diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, Hib and IPV. His research has recently expanded to a universal protein based pneumococcal vaccine. Tao has led a team to launch the Ebola vaccine, and obtained CTA approval for 5 vaccines including a novel recombinant DTP pertussis and Quadra-valent meningococcal conjugate vaccine.
