Huiming LUO, Research Fellow, Director of Education and Training of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. 

He obtained his bachelor degree of Medicine in 1989 from Sun Yat-sen University. From 2001 to 2003, as a trainee, he take part in the CFETP(Chinese field epidemiological training program) .

After initial work in the Institute of Infectious Diseases Control and Prevention of Guangdong Province as research assistant and then as a professor, he transferred in 2008 to National Immunization Program of Chinese Centre for Disease Control and Prevention as vice director. He is in charge of maintaining polio free status, elimination of measles, and other vaccine-preventable diseases control in China. 

He is a postgraduate tutor of China CDC and a Chief Physician of Public Health. He is also a Standing Committee in Public Health Education Branch of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association.
